"It's high 90's today and almost 100 tomorrow. A mouse chewed a wire in my A/C unit and the motor had to be replaced. I was sure I'd be without A/C for a month... But Travis personally drove down to Hagerstown to pick up the last motor to fit and they installed it same day the trouble was diagnosed. Unbelievable! Before that they offered me a portable A/C unit to tide me over until it was repaired (at no cost). I was so grateful (and impressed!) Thankfully I never needed the loaner unit.
